4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellations and Appointments
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations where possible. Bravo Electrical reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees for missed appointments or late cancellations.
6. Emergency Electrical Services
While we aim to respond quickly to emergency call-outs, response times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, demand, access restrictions, and operational availability.
Bravo Electrical cannot guarantee uninterrupted electrical supply or immediate attendance in all situations.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Disclose known electrical faults or hazards
- Ensure pets and vulnerable persons are supervised during works
- Provide accurate information regarding the requested services
8. Electrical Compliance and Certification
All applicable electrical works are carried out in accordance with current UK electrical regulations including BS 7671 Wiring Regulations where required.
Certificates and inspection reports will only be issued for qualifying works completed by Bravo Electrical.
9. Warranties and Liability
Bravo Electrical aims to provide professional and compliant workmanship. However, we are not liable for:

- Third-party equipment failures
- Delays caused by suppliers or external contractors
